Are mystery shoppers' accounts audited?
Yes, each mystery shopper account is validated by Gmail and linked to a phone belonging to a real tester.
What happens if the quality of my service is unsatisfactory?
In this case, we will send you an email to suggest improvements. A new tester will be scheduled or, if you don’t have a physical store, a tester will contact you by phone for a new evaluation at no extra charge.
Are Google reviews permanent?
Yes, we guarantee their longevity.
Can I ask for specific comments, for example on the location of my store or my responsiveness?
Yes, you can specify your needs in the “Order notes” section of your request. However, if our testers have difficulty reaching you or if the level of service is not up to scratch, we will inform you by e-mail of our decision and refund your money.
Where do the testers' Gmail accounts come from?
Our testers are based in France, Belgium, Canada and Switzerland. For each mission, we select local testers who also solicit a minimum of 5 relatives for a joint evaluation.
I'm an ambulance driver and locksmith. How would you rate my services?
Retailers without a physical store will be contacted by telephone. A specialized tester will evaluate your skills and post a positive review based on the telephone interaction. However, we will never publish false testimonials of services not rendered.
How can I become a trade tester?
To become a tester, please apply on our “Recruitment” page. Be sure to provide authentic and complete information.
How can I prove that I visited or called a retailer?
- For a physical store: Send us a photo in front of the store sign, holding a sheet of paper with the current date and the word “SuperAvis”.
- For a service provider (e.g. painter): Provide us with a video capture of your call, which must be at least 2 minutes long.
What are the requirements for becoming a tester?
- Be of legal age.
- A keen sense of observation.
- Have a phone with a valid Gmail account.
- Ideally, you’ll need a vehicle to carry out several tests at different retailers.
When do I get paid?
Payment will be made 30 days after publication of your notice.
What's my job as a tester?
Once you’ve accepted an assignment, we’ll provide you with the name and address of the business or the telephone number of the service provider to be tested.
Are there any consequences if I don't meet the conditions or if my performance is unsatisfactory?
We’ll give you a 30-minute training session over the phone to familiarize you with our process. If, after testing 2 customers, your performance does not meet our expectations, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
